10/01/10 went in today and found the rectification on the defects submitted abt 2 weeks ago had been done. Every single items reported was rectified job well done. When mkn went in last thurs 7/1 an indonesian worker was doing the work on the house. yes this time we are pleased with the developer for expediating the repairs under 2 weeks from the date reported.

Another issue TNB has not delivered their part as we are still without electricity.

Also met with alex at suasana house and the bathtub has been delivered at home alredi. Paid the bal of 1st paymt of 10% to him for him to start with renovation work. only setback now work will only commerces once KARAN masuk so waiting "patiently" eventhough dah exactly 1 mth since handover of keys no electricity. TNB why the delay?
