The renovation works started on Monday, 18/01/10.
Went in on Wed, 20/01 and met up with Alex at idaman house. The inside looked like the inside of transformer with all the wiring and cabling coming out from the ceiling and walls. The hacking work on the dry kitchen wall started on the same day. but alas by afternoon received call from alex to inform of the beam discovered at the middle of the door wat to do.....wat to do.....proceed ajelah with the hacking will be meeting again this coming sunday to figure out how to hide the prominent column in the middle of my future kitchen!
went to nusa idaman customer service office later to collect our keys back and signing off the clearance on the rectification work done. thank you khairy

12/01/10 first time went in during dusk time.
time of arrival at idaman 7.30 pm surprisingly found that ¹house on the same lane has been occupied alredi the only house that is for now but not to worry i guess as the security are on duty 24/7.
another finding was exactly after ¹mth handover of keys the electricity is in! thank u TNB on yr prompt delivery.

55. Defect free
10/01/10 went in today and found the rectification on the defects submitted abt 2 weeks ago had been done. Every single items reported was rectified job well done. When mkn went in last thurs 7/1 an indonesian worker was doing the work on the house. yes this time we are pleased with the developer for expediating the repairs under 2 weeks from the date reported.
Another issue TNB has not delivered their part as we are still without electricity.

Paid the bal of 1st paymt of 10% to him for him to start with renovation work. only setback now work will only commerces once KARAN masuk so waiting "patiently" eventhough dah exactly 1 mth since handover of keys no electricity. TNB why the delay?

another immediate family members (BIL + Biras )has inked the purchased of the impiana house located at Presint 6 of Nusa Idaman. It will be ready by 2011 so to Kak K and Abg S i'm sure they are counting to the days to a happy retirement.

53. our 1st Fern
bought this at Pagoh nursery rm$38 for our garden
found another nursery at the outskirt of Johor town after kulai the old trunk road towards Pontian. If following this road after UTM new towns are sprounting like mushrooms like Sri Pulai 1 & 2 passing thru all these townships the nurseries lined up by the roadsides offer cheaper landscaping plants if compared to those found in JB town or Nusa Bestari. Thus we don't have to travel all the way to Pagoh-Muar to buy for our gardens only thing is still can't find eucalyptus tree yet anybody knows where i can buy one.
52. our rear neighbours
the development rite behind our backyard. the construction of rows of houses are fast being build. Eventhough many houses are lined up behind it was a pleasant surprise to see that directly opposite our house backyard is an unobstructive view no house is being erected there guessing its the garden land area of the 2 corner units facing each other. Sigh of relieve at the sight that behold.
