Hi,
I am a Singaporean searching for a property in Nusajaya and accidentally stumbled upon your blog. I am very interested to find out more about Suasana Homes. May I know does this developer has any office in Singapore? How do we travel to the show room at JB? Are there anymore units available at this precinct? Do they have any website?

Hi Aqua thanks for dropping by. We got to know about them also thru a half page advert put up at our local malay paper.
The developer is UEM land and their website is at the rite hand corner under Nusajaya.

Thanks for your info. May I know will there be any problems with the customs if Singaporean lives in JB and commutes to work in Singapore daily? Do we need to apply special permit to live in Malaysia without going thru Malaysia My second home programe?

Morning Aqua,
Alot of singaporean are alredi doing it no permit required. The higher end houses are located at East Ledang (popular with spore expats) & Horizon Hill(with golf course)just behind suasana house while nusa idaman is the midrange houses. All these are under Nusajaya developer.
For foreigners(incl us sporean) we can only buy houses costing RM$250K onwards and it must be double storey and above.
There is also SBS bus plying from jurong intchge to bukit indah jusco via the 2ndlink tuas.
