We're sure that we were not the only 2 owners that were affected and yes we felt that the developer did injustice to us and took advantage of our situation in getting the money from us thru no default from us. As a developer they have the obligation and responsibility to access this at their discretion rather than take the easy way and unjustly imposed the amount on us. Definitely not a good move as this will effect their image and marred their reputation as we the house owners will definitely be more cautious in referring other potential house buyers.
enuf said on this matter 2 advises though:
*do maintain all your documentations in order pertaining to the purchases all letters from developer, bank & lawyers should be properly filed for reference.
*be very patient and learn to adjust to the ways and culture of working environment here. they will push you from one department to another and when they promise they will call back dont hope for it cause they never do.
so far we've no complaints on the marketing division superb service delivered by Irene from the sales personnels but the administration /finance department should review their service charter.
