154. Catering JOB from Kitchennette IdamanJR
It has been my dream of doing something I'm passionate about being worthy and it was finally realised last weekend. Inaugural catering job direct from IdamanJR kitchennette sailing on board seaduction catamaran at Marina @ Keppel Bay.Let me spare you the details of the preparations, this much i can jot down that by the end of the baking & cooking the floors of my kitchen can be converted to ice skating rink! buttery! But it was a bitter sweet experience preparing it with closed frens.
The hi teas menus of canapes, savoury delights, sashimi mayo bite adding on to delicacies of cupcakes & red velvet cream cheese frosting dougnuts and sweetened with white choc panna cotta & jelly shots. My babies oops sorry i mean the products of my delights were beautifully elegantly captured by the photographer of white label charter luv the shots.
What could be finer then these delicacies were spread stylishly by DessertArtisans on the serving decks with their minute detailings which confirm evoke the senses of the eyes and palates of all.
Alhamdullilah all the worries, stress and hard work were paid off!

8.45 pm - 1st tin moistly steamed and cooling
8.55 pm - 2nd tin ready for steamin
9.15 pm - Stenciling 1st tin
9.35 pm - 2nd tin moistly steamed and cooling
10.00pm - Stenciling 2nd tin
10.15pm - Nicely pack in ribbon boxes
10.20pm - Ready for delivery to a neighbour (2 unit away). Thanks for the order.
10.30pm - Tired but very contented with the finished order job.

85. Gardening
Did some planting of 4 passion fruits (markissa), 2 types of flowering creepers and 2 jerimin plants. All nicely lined up at the exterior of our gate. In 8 months time or sooner (according to the nursery apek) we hope the creepers will climb the gate covering the verandah bearing sweet sour passion fruits with the interperse of white and purplish flowers. At the backyard kitchen window planted a gum tree with the sweet smelling eucalptus leaves and on the latch of the window the only herb for the moment is sweet basil (pokok daun selasih) For now I'm would be gratefull if the plants survive till this weekend when we meet again.
