sunday, 06/09/09 - We went in today and the latest development:
1. The main entrance by the road leading to the house a big stone erected bearing Precinct 5 Nusa Idaman.
2. The surrounding area under constructions are well behind the blue fence separating the suasana homes that are alredi completed.
3. The roads leading to the houses all been paved cemented.
4. The roads have standing address posts erected.
5. The houses are all numbered and our rows are the odd numbers.
6. Met Irene who told us that precinct 5 almost ready and to expect keys to be handed soonest in a month time!

Went in 16.08.09 3 lamp posts erected along our front houses and one of them is directly infront of our house. Very pleased as this will definitely be our beacon lite flooding our frontporch.
The road infront has also been tar first layer. The main one entry exit entrance landscaping in progress, bamboo trees and others instant trees planted.
The house though has been locked. No entry to the inside of the house but the main gate is opened and the backyard dinning area has been turfed and landscaped.

16.07.09 Received letter from lawyer Zaid & Co on the original copy of State Consent approved letter for safe keeping. The lawyer has 1 month to settle the amt of RM$10K to the goverment to finalise the process and the developer has 1 year to transfer the title deed names.

23. Super Sunday

24/05/09 went to Nusa Idaman site office to pay up the remaing top cash of another 10% amount. The same day was also their Super Sunday - Finale event that was advertised in Spore local papers to bring in Singaporean to see their project site.It was learnt that 5 buses were brought in from Jurong meeting point. They had free food, drinks and games for families. We didn't miss out on their spread which were quite good. We met Irene and Emily too was there.
Our company going in this time were with BakJat & KakNgah, Bapak & AbgK with KakE. After the payment were finalised we went to see AbgK house at Precinct 2 (the white taxi still outsie his house) couldn't go in as no key available should've made arrangement with Irene earlier. Then we proceeded to our house a first time for Bapak to view. He was equally eager checking the house around both levels, happy to see him happy, especially I know he was giving the guest room downstair a few longer looks - his future room insya Allah.
Since Nusa Idaman was launching their Courtyard house we also check out the showhouse. It's a big 24" by 80" double storey terrace in Precinct 6. We felt in love with the furnitures and decor firnishing.
Wanted to bring the others to Horizon Hill just behind nusa Idaman but timing was a constraint as it was already 6.00 pm and their show village was closed. someother time perhaps

Received 3 sets of Letter from Nusajaya - 1 original letter via courier & 2 copies by normal mail.
1. Original Letter for payment of another 10% (s2) due date by 19/06/09. This payment will make up the total of 20% mandatory upfront cash. The first 10% (s1) paid earlier on 12/04/09. Amount due RM$35,005. Attached DC Akitek interim cert of completion stating foundation and footing works completed.
2. 2nd letter duplicate of the above.
3. 3rd letter cc to us, developer letter to Standard Chart Bank to release the balance of amount due from the 80% loan. Progressive payment on stages of construction:

21/05/09 - IRD is aggresively marketing in attracting Spore investor. An exhibition is currently held at Suntec city this week on the development going on and all available ventures and coinciding the event the visit of M'sia PM Najib Razak here. Residential properties are featured to lure Sporean to make JB quality homes an option for 2nd home destination.
UEM land is at the same time also advertising in the paper of their final event they call Super Sunday of bring in those potential investors for free to their Nusa Idaman office at JB Nusajaya. Those interested are to meet at Jurong Point where there's chartered bus to bring them direct to their site office and see all the residential homes available there and also visit to Aeon Jaya Jusco for shopping later free of charge!
Actual we personally got to know about their project thru an advert placed in the Berita Harian, as they have been regularly doing the super sunday since 3 months ago.
UEM Land the developer is jointly held by M'sia goverment thus it's committed to see the projects of IRD to succeed and this gives us some assurance, confidence in this developer of Nusa Idaman.
